David Pino Enfield CT is an expert school psychologist, educational advocate, and behavior consultant. For over 20 years of David Pino Enfield CT has used his expertise in the areas of learning disabilities, behavior assessment and management, special education, and IEP development to help children and families access appropriate services and succeed in school. He has worked with students ages 3 through 22 and their families during this time. He has also taught at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

David Pino Enfield CT understands the demands that are placed on families in terms of time, resources, and organization. He is well aware of the additional stress that advocating for a child with special needs at school brings to typical family dynamics.
